STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS-

Quote Expiry- Since 01/2025 fluctuations in materials cost has affected our quote validity term. Our quotes expire after 10 days. If your quote has expired simply ask us for an update.

Standard Payment Terms- 50% Deposit, 25% on Rigging, 25% on Completion

Additional Terms- additional options, custom fabrication, third party equipment and the associated engineering and/or installation may require prepayment.

Note- Crating, shrink wrap and transportation are additional.

Changes and/or additions- Once an order has been initiated changes or additions may not be possible depending on the stage of the build. We always try to accommodate our clients but sometimes it is impossible.

Cancellations- Once an order has been initiated cancelling your order is not possible. If we can place your build with another buyer we will gladly do so. A 25% fee of the total cost will be charged.
